Jewellery Sales Concierge
We’re looking for a warm, creative, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Jewellery Sales Concierge — with the unique opportunity to grow into a Jewellery Design role.
You’ll be part of a passionate, close-knit team, surrounded by beautiful jewellery and the chance to create meaningful, lasting experiences for our clients. If you’re ready to build a long-term career with hands-on learning and real growth opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
About the Role
This is a role for someone who finds genuine joy in taking care of details and people. As a Jewellery Sales Concierge, you’ll work with beautiful jewellery while guiding clients through meaningful moments — whether they’re designing custom pieces, repairing cherished items, selecting gifts, or marking a special milestone. It’s a rewarding opportunity that blends creativity and structure, where you’ll build real connections and take pride in delivering thoughtful, personalised service. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a sharp eye for detail, is open to feedback, embraces change, and is committed to growing this role into a long-term career.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing impeccable customer service, ensuring a memorable and personalised experience.
- Educating and assisting clients with our in-store services — including custom jewellery design, permanent jewellery, and workshop experiences — and communicating the care, value, and craftsmanship behind each offering.
- Processing orders and managing client communications, keeping them clearly informed on timelines, progress, and delivery updates.
- Supporting with store presentation — including inventory management, merchandising displays, and maintaining a clean, polished studio environment.
- Learning and delivering Permanent Jewellery services with precision, care, and confidence.
- Scheduling and preparing for client and design consultations, including setting up the space, offering refreshments (tea, coffee, soft drinks), and ensuring the studio is welcoming, organised, and professionally presented before and after appointments.
- Participating in social media content to support brand visibility and share behind-the-scenes moments from the studio
Your Growth Path
Once you’ve developed a solid understanding of our day-to-day operations, you’ll begin hands-on training in the world of custom jewellery design — an exciting and supportive next step in your long-term career with us.
As your responsibilities grow, you’ll begin to:
- Work directly with clients understanding their ideas, preferences, and inspiration and keeping them informed and involved throughout the design and production process.
- Work through the design process using basic and beginner-friendly CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software as well as helpful tools available in store and online.
- Supporting the creation of design concepts and detailed quotes, ensuring each project aligns with the client’s vision and budget.
- Coordinate production by liaising with jewellers and suppliers, sourcing materials, and tracking custom orders from start to finish.
- Collaborate with our head designer and jewellers to ensure every piece meets our high standards of quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
We are committed to your success and will provide comprehensive training and ongoing feedback to ensure you feel confident and well-equipped in your role.
Hours & Days of Work
This role will begin as part-time, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as the business expands. We are looking for a candidate with a flexible approach, who is open to working with us to meet the needs of the business.
The expected hours are to be confirmed, but will include 1 weekend day and 3 full week days
- Total Weekly Hours: approx 26 Hours
Due to the nature of this role, it is not suitable for students or those with limited weekday flexibility. We're looking for someone who can commit to consistent hours and grow with us long-term.
Who we're Looking for
You don’t need previous jewellery experience — if you’re a great communicator with a natural flair for customer service, and have good creative vision, we’ll teach you the rest! What matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn, and genuine passion for helping people celebrate life’s meaningful moments.
We’re keen to hear from candidates who bring:
- A genuine interest in jewellery, design, and personalised client experiences
- A warm, approachable presence and confidence in customer-facing interactions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A polished, professional appearance that reflects our brand
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to use initiative and work independently when needed
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a love for learning and growth
- Integrity and discretion, especially when handling valuable items or confidential moments (like surprise proposals!)
- Creative thinking and a willingness to take feedback on board and improve
